This started out listing only female-fronted metal bands, but I've expanded it to any band not entirely composed of cis men — it's still mostly bands with female vocalists though.
Every artist here can be found on at least either Spotify or Bandcamp, and usually both. One day I'll get around to adding links to everyone but it's not today.
Also, just because I put a band on this list doesn't necessarily mean I like their music, or agree with all their beliefs, or even know much about them. I do require that I listen to them at least a bit first though, so that I can accurately describe their genre.
